1. What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy applies to the Vivi Clean mobile application. It describes information handled while you review storage, inspect content, adjust local preferences, and confirm a file action. It does not cover Android, Google Play, or another app that receives content from you.
2. Information Vivi Clean may handle
When you grant the appropriate Android permission and request a storage-related feature, Vivi Clean may process file and folder names, paths, extensions, sizes, modified dates, and related storage metadata. It may access limited file content or a preview when you explicitly ask to inspect, open, share, or manage an item.
Local preferences, temporary results, excluded locations, and selected items may be retained to support the app experience. Vivi Clean does not intentionally collect contacts, messages, precise location, microphone recordings, camera captures, or file contents for a remote developer database.
3. Sensitive user and device data
Storage information can reveal personal details about your device and files. The categories below describe the expected handling for the core experience. Android backup, device transfer, sharing, and advertising SDKs may process separate copies under their own settings and policies.
Used to prepare review screens and display information about content on your device. Core processing is intended to remain on the device.
Accessed for an action you request, such as inspection, opening, sharing, or management. It leaves the app only when you choose a destination.
Basic device, operating system, app version, network, permission, and diagnostic information may support compatibility, security, reliability, and advertising.
Advertising SDKs may process an advertising identifier, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, device and app details, ad impressions, interactions, and diagnostics.
4. How information is used
Storage information available to Vivi Clean is used to prepare the review experience, remember local choices, show relevant details, and complete an operation you confirm. Vivi Clean does not claim ownership of your files and does not use file content to build an advertising profile.
5. Advertising and third-party SDKs
Vivi Clean uses third-party advertising SDKs. These providers may process the advertising and device data described in this policy to show ads, limit ad frequency, measure impressions and interactions, maintain service security, and detect invalid traffic or fraud. Where required, personalized advertising is used only after applicable notice and consent; otherwise contextual or non-personalized ads may be served.
You can manage choices through consent controls presented in the app, where available, and through applicable Android or Google advertising settings. Resetting or limiting an advertising identifier may affect ad selection or measurement. Advertising providers determine retention periods under their own policies and legal obligations.
6. Confirmed actions, sharing, and third parties
Vivi Clean waits for your selection and confirmation before performing a file operation. If you open or share an item, Android sends it to the destination you choose, and that destination controls its later processing. Google Play may process information for distribution, security, diagnostics, payments, and app management under Google's policies.
If a future version adds an account system, cloud storage, analytics, or user uploads, this policy will be updated with the relevant data practices before those features process personal information.
7. Storage, retention, and deletion
Preferences and temporary results may remain in local app data until you change them, clear app data, or uninstall Vivi Clean, subject to Android backup and device-transfer behavior. Files themselves remain under Android and device storage controls until you move or delete them through a confirmed action.
Advertising providers may retain advertising and device data according to their own policies and legal requirements. Clearing Vivi Clean's local data does not necessarily delete information previously processed by an advertising provider.
8. Security and children's privacy
Local processing limits routine transfer of storage information, but no app, device, or network can be guaranteed completely secure. Use a device lock, keep Android updated, and review permissions and destinations before confirming an action.
Vivi Clean is a general storage tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Parents or guardians with a concern may use the support contact listed on the Vivi Clean Google Play page.
9. Your choices and rights
You can grant or revoke Android permissions, choose what to review, decline an action, manage advertising settings, clear local app data, or uninstall the app. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or information about processing. Use the developer support contact displayed on the app's Google Play listing for a privacy request. We may verify the request and respond as required by applicable law.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when Vivi Clean, its advertising partners, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with a revised date. For privacy questions or requests, use the developer support contact displayed on the Vivi Clean Google Play store listing. Avoid sending private file contents unless they are essential to explain your request.
